Perecah Kari Ayam 咖喱既煮酱料

Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Chili, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Grass, Curry Leaf, Spices, Sugar and salt 

Method:
1. Prepare 1 kg of chicken meat, 1 bowl of coconut milk and some water. 
2. Pour in 1 bottle of Chicken Curry Paste into 1 kg of chicken meat and mix well, Stir fry until all cook 
3. Pour in coconut milk and water , let it boil for 10 minutes and serve.  

Keep Cool After Open 成分: 食油,辣椒,蒜头,葱头,咖喱叶,香料,糖及盐 

煮法:
1.  预备1 公斤鸡肉,1 碗椰浆及少些水。 
2.  将 1 瓶咖喱既煮酱料倒入1 公斤一起,搅拌均匀。翻炒直到完全煮熟。 
3. 继续将配料以中火煮十分钟即可上桌。 

开盖之后需要冷藏
Perecah Tom Yam Segera 东炎即煮酱料

Ingredients: Chili, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Citrus Leaf, Fish Sauce, Lemon Juice and Vegetable Oil 

Method: Bring 3 cups of water to boil. Put in prawn (or other seafood), freah mushrooms, and simmer for a while, Stir in 2 tablespoons of Tom Yam Paste and serve hot. 

成分: 辣椒, 南姜, 香茅, 酸柑叶, 鱼露, 柠檬酸及植物油 

煮法: 煮沸三杯水, 加入虾或海鲜及菇类, 稍煮片刻。 最后加入两汤匙东炎酱搅均,热腾上席。
Sambal Ikan Bilis 江鱼仔辣椒酱料

Ingredients:
Cooking Oil , Chili , Anchovy ,Garlic , Onion , Sugar and Salt

Method:
It is simply so nice to eat with rice , sandwich or to cook with petai , long bean and other vegetables.
